One Iconic Providence Image, One Hundred Eleven Times Captured.

Photographer and Providence resident, Peter Green, enjoys a most iconic view from the window of his Downcity Loft.  Whether you call it the Superman Building or 111 Westminster Street, if you know the city you know the structure.

Recently Peter put his collection of photos, all taken from his window, together into one larger image, which he calls "111 of 111".  The 20" x 28" piece is catching the attention of many, including a recent article featured in The Providence Journal.  Unframed posters of this unique image are now available at Homestyle!

Casual, Quirky, Functional, Chic. Best Kitchen Towels Ever...

These generously oversized flour sack towels are printed in Seattle using non-toxic, water based inks.  They are machine washable and ridiculously functional and cool.  Use them as kitchen towels or hang them in a guest bath as hand towels for an unexpected twist of sizzle.  I may even make some into pillow covers for a sofa!

Say Cheers to Dad This Father's Day!

Is Dad a whiskey lover?

Avoiding the deliberately obscure, the ridiculously limited and the absurdly expensive, whiskey expert Ian Buxton has scoured the shelves of the world's whiskey warehouses to recommend an eclectic selection of old favorites, stellar newcomers and mystifyingly unknown drams that just have to be drunk.

Pair the book with a set of whiskey stones and you'll really look like a rock star!
